Below is a set of drilling templates that you can download and use for your own
personal use. All templates are in the PDF format, which means they can be printed
using Acrobat Reader or a similar
program.
For each number of holes there are two files one containing diameters in even number
of centimeters from 4cm to 18cm (red PDF) and another file with diameters in odd numbers of
centimeters from 3cm to 19cm (blue PDF).
Beware to setup printing so that you print in 100% or actual size, if you want
the print to have diameters that are accurately whole centimeters. If you on the
other hand want a special diameter see example below.
How to get a 176mm diameter with 5 holes:
First you open the 5 hole template that say Even cm max
180 (red PDF), then you calculate how to scale it, in order to get a diameter of
176mm: 176 / 180 * 100 = 97.7.
Then you activate the print job in Acrobat by hitting Ctrl + P.
In the Paper Sizing & Handling box you chose Custom
Scale and set it to 97.7 or 97,7
which ever is right in your country. Then you click Print.
